If You Only Had 10 Hours in Seoul
I've seen a lot of people with an interesting problem... They have a long layover in Incheon airport and want to see if they can visit Seoul while they're there. With the airport railroad, its easy to get into the city to experience Seoul with a short amount of time. Here's my plan for if you have TEN HOURS in Seoul. Remember you'll need to do immigration, train travel, security, re-check in, and getting your bags when planning for time^^ Don't miss your flight! ~ You can walk with my through Hongdae here where I show you exactly where to go! ~ 1. Arrive in Hongdae! Its easy to get there from the airport :) 2. Visit the street food and shopping street :) These little food places will only take cash, but there are ATMs in the subway. The clothing places usually will take card if you're spending over 20,000won ($20) 3. Take sticker photos and dress up in hanbok! These are just a really fun souvenir from Korea and you'll look super cute - plus they're WAY less expensive than hanbok cafe :) 4. Check out the Hello Kitty Cafe! I just walked in to look at it, but you can stop and get lattes and waffles~ 5. Or, people watch in a local favorite cafe :) This is one of my favorite cafes and its a great place to relax and feel like a local. Remember, you'll be traveling so chances are you're tired - take a rest in Coffeesmith! 6. Visit the park, do some last minute shopping, watch some live performances, and head back the the airport :) Have a safe flight and come back to Korea soon!~
The Best Way To Live: Tiny Houses
Tiny Houses have become the latest craze for younger people looking to spend most of their time outside, enjoying nature. Buying a house is expensive and can take up so much space on land you would rather use to garden, farm, hunt, or just enjoy as natural as it comes. Which is why tiny houses are becoming HUGE (see what I did there). With prices usually around $40,00 for an entire (sometimes) portable house, couples or solo land owners are finding it much easier to be able to afford an actual place of their own. And yes they can be portable! The main thing you pay for with your tiny house is land, so when you want to head out just hitch up your house, by another plot of land, and plop yourself down. Its like having an RV but way more....homey. Tiny Houses are defined as livable houses under 400 sqft Small Houses are defined as livable houses under 1000 soft Both are pretty tiny, but when done right can be amazing! Check out these pictures of Tiny Houses and try not to head straight to the bank! Here is a tiny house that has some style! The point of these houses are to embrace being in the outdoors which is why some houses have outside add ons. This house is doing things right with an added hot tub! Small and Tiny Houses can look amazing and way more spacious with huge windows. These windows also help you still connect with nature, even when you are indoors. Told you some houses can be portable! Not feeling where you live anymore? Just hook your house up to a truck and you can be across the country in a day. With tiny houses you can get creative with the design. Some even look like a hobbits houses which is really cool! Not all tiny houses need to be made out of wood! There are a ton of modern tiny houses that are perfect for a couple that needs minimal space! On the inside the main goal is to go up! Most things are stacked so that there is ample room but still an uncluttered space. The bed is usually a loft which helps leave tons of room for the downstairs living area. Proof that tall people can still have tiny houses! This man is pretty tall yet looks completely comfortable in his little house. Tiny and small houses aren't for everyone. They can get cramped, especially when its time to cook dinner, but for those outdoorsy people who hate being stuck indoors, tiny houses offer the perfect solution. Why waste money on a house you don't care about, or force yourself to live in an apartment that is in a town or city? Tiny houses can give the nature lovers a place of their own to live, connect with nature, and limit their carbon footprint. And that is AWESOME. Check out this very informative and funny video about living in tiny homes and how it can and will save you time and stress in the long run!
Screw Normal Houses, Give Me A Tree House
Since so many people loved my card about Tiny Houses I thought you might also be interested in another new and AMAZING way to live... Fully furnished and jaw dropping Tree Houses! You read that right. There is now a show called TreeHouse Masters that build beautiful and livable tree houses. So any of you who related to Tarzan on a level most people could not understand....well this guys does! The tree houses are not your run of the mill planks nailed together like you had when you were a kid (or at least saw in the movies). These tree house include - a working bathroom - a functional kitchen - running water and - the most amazing views So what are you waiting for? Sell that old house and hop on the coolest band wagon yet. Tree Houses: To recreate your childhood...only now you have money. Check out this tour of a recently finished tree house! Doesn't that just look stunning. And the host of the show is SO NICE! I can not get over how beautiful this tree house is. Here are just a few more pics of their amazing creations. Here is a tree house that's roof is a living part of it! Many tree houses grow plants and grass onto their roofs to great an even earthier feel. No size or shape is impossible for the tree masters as they create circle houses and even houses that take the shape of a pinecone! Just look at the inside of this house!! Its the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! Although I think building a tree house like this one is going to cost a little more then a tiny house.... Well, happy saving and let me know if you would be just as down to live in a tree house as I am! I thought you might like this card since you liked the last one !! @buddyesd @jeff4122 @JordanNash @marshalledgar

How to Survive Winter in Korea
Yes, these are in celsius but also that means ITS TWENTY EIGHT DEGREES TODAY! In Seoul, its been getting down to about 15 degrees fahrenheit at night :( Here are a few popular ways to keep warm in Korea! Face Masks These do a lot of things that can help you out in winter. 1. They keep you warm! It catches the heat from your breath and heats/steams your face to keep you really warm when outside. 2. They keep you safe from germs! People cough and sneeze a lot in Korea without covering their mouths so keeping yourself away from germs is tough, but these do the job! 3. They protect against air pollution! This year the air has been really bad in Korea so an extra layer will protect you from the bad stuff floating around. Pick up the one Chanyeol is wearing: HERE Heat Packs In Korea, you can buy hot packs or hand warmers everywhere! You just shake them up and they can keep you warm for up to 14 hours! Heart Shape! Classic Korean Hand Warmers :) Here! Warm Drinks Obviously you could just go for coffee, but in order to fight colds and get your vitamins and energy, Koreans often drink Yuja Tea and Ginger Tea. They come in a jelly/jam consistency and you have to add two scoops into a mug and fill it up with hot water. It's super healthy for you! You can find them here: Yuja Tea Ginger Tea How do YOU stay warm in winter?!
