The moment you've all been waiting for.

Well, if you recall about two months ago I started taking Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails gummies daily [see card here]. My main goal was rather obvious, to grow my hair, have clear skin and have strong nails. Now after two long months of taking two gummies per day, I have officially finished the container and the verdict is finally in.
Like any product, what works for one person might not necessarily work for you in the same manner. Throughout my journey, I can't say I saw much of a difference -- but don't worry there are a handful of positives that I witnessed. To figure out whether these vitamins were a hit or miss in my opinion, keep scrolling.

Pros Of The Gummies:

- easy and tasty to chew
- nails got extremely strong
- nail growth was noticeable

Cons Of The Gummies:

- minor breakouts [nothing too serious - not sure if it was because of product]
- stuck together when trying to retrieve
While there aren't too many pros or cons to this product, I will say that I enjoyed taking them and I will repurchase.
Rate: 8/10
I would recommend this product to women who are trying to see a change in their hair, skin and nails. Although you might not see a drastic change or see a change in every single area, it doesn't hurt to try. The bottle will last you about a good two months, which is pretty good if you ask me.

Would you or have you given this product a try?

I am midway through the bottle and my nails are definitely stronger and longer. I also agree that my skin is breaking out a bit but life has also been a bit stressful lately and I have been using sweets to cope

I'm so happy that your nails are seeing progress! The breakouts can definitely be from stress and sweets, I'm pretty sure that's where mine came from as well @Taieshaboo

That's really good that you at least got some form of progress! I used to watch a ton of videos on people taking biotin by itself and they started breaking out. The research they did, found that taking too much a day could cause breakouts but most of them cleared up with smaller dosages and normal skin care. The majority of them lowered their dose to 5000mg a day. Just in case that helps anybody. I don't take this brand specifically. Just biotin and multivitamins separately once a day

thanks for the tip @IMNII I also heard that biotin can cause crazy breakouts and unwanted hair in on the face, etc. I definitely think smaller dosages would help a lot !
