Welcome to Never Seen Before! A small collection where I'll be posting about anime I have seen little to no discussion about here on Vingle! Some of these animes might be your favorite, some might be unheard of. I thought it'd be a fun idea to share my little arsenal of shows I find interesting, and possibly give people new anime to watch! There's no particular category for this one so it's just some random shows I remember.
Minami Itsuki never thought about seriously riding Air Treck motorized roller blades, until he got his butt handed to him by a street gang of Storm Riders. That day, he discovered in a locked up room, a pair of AT's and a box of stickers belonging to the Sleeping Forest street gang. One thing leads to another, and Ikki dons the wheels and begins to ride. As his reputation builds in the AT street fighting/racing world, he begins to develop his own gang and participate in more fights, gaining more and more territory. So I've only seen the first few episodes of this one, but I remember the air gear being really cool. Akito/Agito (the one with the eyepatch) also really captured my interest! I've been meaning to go back and finish this series.
Spiral: The Bonds of Reasoning
Ayumu Narumi's older brother Kiyotaka, a renowned detective and piano player, disappears all of a sudden. The only clue Narumi has, are the Blade Children. Two years later a row of murders and incidents begin, relating to the Blade Children. Together with school journalist, Hiyono Yuizaki, Narumi tries to figure out their destiny. I actually have this boxset. As many times as I've seen this series I can't remember how it ends xD I think I was around 12 or 13 when I first watched it but I'm not sure. I just remember having a huge crush on Eyes Rutherford lol WARNING!!! The next series contains some Shounen Ai/Yaoi
Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru
The Betrayal Knows My Name
Sakurai Yuki is an orphan with a mysterious ability. Found near the fence of his current home, the Asahi Orphanage, Yuki strives for independence. The last thing he wants is to be a burden to anybody. However, his ability makes this nearly impossible; whenever he touches someone, he feels their emotions and see the darkness within their hearts and what caused such darkness. Unable to control his ability, Yuki has often made insensitive blunders while trying to empathize with the person he feels pain for. Now, however, with death threats clouding his judgement and his ability increasing immensely, what will happen when a man claiming to be Yuki's older brother appears? This show was amazing! I was hooked after the first episode or two. It's definitely worth a watch. The story line is great along with the action and romance!
