Vadu Amka's modded PS2 is pretty. It's beautiful, it's colorful, and it looks like a great recreation of the Aku Aku mask from Crash Bandicoot. And as much as I want to praise how beautiful this thing looks and how much I wish I could own it, I can't.
I'm sorry, I can't.
Mostly because it reminds me that Crash Bandicoot is dead and gone. I spent the last couple months of my life getting extremely excited for a possible reboot in the series with updated graphics and fun times. But nope. I don't think it's ever going to happen.
Honestly, this PS2 would make a better gravestone for the Crash Bandicoot series. I can't remember a Crash game on PS2 that I actually enjoyed/played. So having a gravestone that's an actual PS2 and made to look like the power-up in Crash Bandicoot that makes you temporarily invincible is, well, really poetic.

Here lies Crash Bandicoot, once invincible. And eventually just irrelevant and mythical. Oh well, we guess.
