This is that perfect wake-up cocktail to transition from the Winter and into the Spring. You're going to love this!
1 1/2 ounces aged tequila
3 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
splash soda water
grapefruit zested sea salt rim, for garnish
sprigs of rosemary, for garnish
Rim your cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dredge your glass in the grapefruit salt. Set aside.
In a mixing tin, combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, rosemary simple syrup, and lime juice.
Add ice and shake vigorously until frothy.
Carefully fill your cocktail glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail into it.
Add a splash of soda water for some effervescence.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary for complementary aromatics.
