I've been on a weight lost journey now for..... The last decade. Okay okay that's a lie but it was around then that I was told I needed to lose weight; it wasn't the nicest thing to hear at 13. But since then I have been in the most intense love hate relationship with my body. But over the past few months I have actually decided to stop playing around. I wanted to lose 30 pounds so I made a life change. Since September I have been working out 4 times a week, I have been eating healthier, I have been not focusing on the scale but measuring my progress the only way you really should... By inches. So I no longer want to lose 30 pounds, I'm working on losing more inches. The only problem... I REALLY DONT WANT TO WORK OUT!
Right now, on my way home from work, all I want to do is sit on my couch. But that's how it is with working out; most people really don't want to HAVE to do it. But if you want a successful weight loss journey you need to keep one thing in mind. Progress is what happens what you push yourself, even when you don't want to.
It takes months to see the difference and even longer for other people to notice. Your journey is long, but the only way to find success is to keep going! Your warm up use to seem impossible to you. Measuring days are becoming your favorite days. And you are happier now then you were when you going home and laying on the couch. KEEP IT UP!! You are doing great!

Yeah, exercising can definitely be hard thing to do. It's hard for me, and the gym has been my sanctuary a very long time. The hardest part is getting out of bed at 6am. Now I just don't even think about it. I get up, wash up, throw on the clothes, and walk to the gym. I think I was most disciplined when I was powerlifting.
