You can now take a virtual African Safari on Google Street View
This is one of the main reasons why I love technology so much! It allows you to explore so much more of the world than would normally be possible. Props to Google for doing this!

How to take the virtual African safari?

It's actually incredibly simple. All you need to click on this link in Google Maps and it will take you to the "South Africe: The Mzansi Experience web page. You can then pick from different areas in South Africa that feature different animals and explore the natural landscape. The Mzansi Experience also allows you to explore the beaches of South Africa.

Now you don't have to spend thousands of dollars to take an African safari!

I know what I'll be doing for the next many hours -- taking a safari from my house!

The sad thing is that not a whole lot of schools have full access to computers yet @JordanNash!! Let's hope they get on that so kids can start exploring the safari ;)

@nicolejb that always surprises me that in this day and age there are still kids who can't use technology to learn. Hopefully that will change very soon!
