Let's say you had to make the decision to only keep either cardio or weight-training in your daily fitness routine -- which would you choose?

Would you choose cardio, and never weight-train again?

Or would you choose weight-training, and never do cardio again?

Is ice cream an option? Because neither if I had the choice 馃槀 But cardio, because I figure skate, great workouts馃憤
weight training, because you can do compound workouts that can get your heart rate going
weight training. I can do all the cardio I want & still feel like I haven't done much of anything :(

I would definitely keep weight training. My knees aren't in the best shape so running is out of the question. And even the elliptical and stair master make me feel like a hamster on a wheel. Weight training I can do all day and not get bored.
