Let's say you had to make the decision to only keep either cardio or weight-training in your daily fitness routine -- which would you choose?

Would you choose cardio, and never weight-train again?

Or would you choose weight-training, and never do cardio again?

not one to weight train, so I would stick to cardio.
weight training. I can do all the cardio I want & still feel like I haven't done much of anything :(
It's gotta be cardio for me. Can't live witout it!
