Hey guys! This morning I decided to skip the boiled potatoes, and make them roasted instead. They are very easy to make. Here's my recipe.

What You'll Need:

2 Potatoes, chopped
2 Garlic gloves, minced
1 Tablespoon oil
Cayenne pepper (optional)

How To Make It:

1) Preheat oven to 400-degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the potatoes in about 1-inch pieces.
2) In a bowl, mix the potatoes, minced garlic, salt, oil, and cayenne pepper (optional).
3) Roast the potatoes for 30 minutes. Flip/mix potatoes twice ensure even browning. After, raise the heat to 500 degrees and let the potatoes roast for another 6-8 minutes.
