Day 64 of the 250k transformation challenge. It's week 10 and we're down to the last 20 days. I'v been researching contest preps and will be trying Jim Stoppani's method which is done 2 weeks prior to the end date. The goal is to try and come out as dry and hard as possible. I'll be adjusting my water intake, carbs and sodium so hopefully my final pictures will come out great! Everybody have a great freakin week! Let's do this!
