Step away from the snack aisle.

The gym has become our best friend or maybe our worst enemy, but the fact of the matter is that summer is right around the corner. While working out is important, eating healthy plays a huge role in getting 'summertime fine' too. If you actually followed through with your resolution this New year then you know just how real the struggle is.
Temptation is all around you from the potluck they have at your job every Friday to the crazy cravings of pizza and ice-cream throughout the week. You try your hardest to settle for a smoothie, but it's not the same. If you know the struggle first hand then you will probably be able to relate to the hilarious video below. Keep scrolling and put down the popcorn.

Can anyone relate?

Have you considered grabbing the gelato instead of the grapes?
Haha this is hilarious. I am a foodie, but honestly when I am eating at home, I eat the same things everyday....and it's healthy food. I think that @danidee is right -- some people think that eating healthy is sacrificing taste. That's not the case. I think i like eating healthy so much because I get to COOK my own delicious meals with fresh vegetables and different seasonings. Healthy food can taste great.
I think the problem is people think eating healthy means sacrificing the taste too. Salads can be SUPER delicious. Eating light doesn't have to mean torturing your tastebuds. I've been trying to eat a little healthier lately after a few months of eating like a teenage boy lol. It's been nice. I feel like my body's running on premium fuel. :D
I agree!!! I enjoy cooking in the comfort of my home & when I'm home I eat great, it's when I occasionally go out that temptations sets in lol but for the most part I have my self control down packed @alywoah
Haha, mayo & ketchup. I like how you threw that in there. Dieting isn't the best. I think it's all about making lifestyle changes. Nothing wrong with chicken and fish though @humairaa
Diet is not for me. That's the hardest thing i can ever do. I'll need my chicken n fish everyday in large portions n mayo n ketchup with literally everything!
