Better late than never is my motto.
So, with that being said -- keep scrolling to check out the steps I take to give my face a slight beat throughout the week.
I start off by washing my face with either my Fresh Soy Cleanser or my face wash by Simple. They are both gentle cleansers and I feel like they tend to work best with my Clarisonic. After I pat my face dry, I go in with some witch hazel and my Cetaphil moisturizer mixed with some aloe vera gel.
After I finish prepping my skin, I apply my primer by Smashbox that happens to be specifically for blemish control.
Following applying my primer, I go in with my NARS All Day Luminous Weightless foundation in the shade Barcelona and I apply that with a damp beauty blender.
I finish off my foundation with my translucent powder by NYC.
I add a bit of blush and/or bronzer to my cheeks. Usually in the shade Taj Mahal by NARS. The perfect orange tone with flecks of gold of any complexion. Especially in the spring and summer.
I fill in my eyebrows with a dark brown pencil by Wet 'n Wild. Cleaning it up with a bit of left over foundation to make them look as natural as possible.
For mascara, some days I'll go without. For the days I want that extra bit of volume, I'll use my Marc Jacobs O!Mega Lash mascara and believe me, a little goes a long way.
I like to keep my lips as natural looking as possible these days, so I'll line it with some brown liner and go in with a bit of chapstick or my favorite nude lip balm from e.l.f. cosmetics.
Simple and straight to the point.
Do you take these same steps? If any?
