Massy Arias is one of my favorite fitness Latina. Arias is a health coach and certified personal trainer. I follow her Instagram account, and everyday she is putting in work. Her diet is pretty diverse -- from fruits, to eggs, to omelettes. She definitely knows balance when it comes to her diet.
Here are some of the foods that Massy has been eating:
Sushi with a side of house salad and Houjicha tea.
Mixed green salad with pine nuts, shaved almonds, cranberries, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber.
Avocado? Yes, please!
Grilled red snapper with watercress, shaved carrots, mixed leafy greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, picked onions, and lime on the side.
California omelet with toast and grapes.
