Is there a man out there that doesn't want lats for days?!
Sheesh! Look at these guys. Here, you've got @tru_fitness (left) and @jeremy_ifbbpro (right) looking beastly with their lats game on point!
Looks like I have some work to do!
One of my favorite YT gym gurus is Damien Patrick. I recently started following him and implemented his Chest 102 and Back 102 workouts. Loving the results so far! Now that he's sharing his tips for killer lats, I'm going to be adding this to the mix as well.

Exercises:

(3-5 sets, 8-12 reps)
Underhand Grip Lat Pull-down
Wide Grip Lat Pull-down
Barbell Row Pronated Grip (shoulder-width)
Barbell Supinated Grip (shoulder-width)
T-Bar Row (olympic bar)
Single-hand Iso-Lat Pull-down
Dumbell Rows
Seated Cable Rows
While this list of 8 training movements can seem like over-kill, pick 6 of these and rotate over the course of 4-6 weeks and see if your lats are not a bit more enhanced than they are today!

@marshalledgar nicceee .... I gotta admit that I don't enough love to my lats ... this is a cool workout. The only issue I have is that I get awkward with cable machines -- but I definitely need to get over that!

touche @mchlyang You're absolutely right about that. We can't forget the basics of bodybuilding training exercises. Sometimes the simplest, oldest routine is the most effective. But I'm still going to tackle these 8 exercises and update you all in about 6 weeks!
Love working on my lats...but I gotta say, there's nothing that can beat traditional pullups when it comes to training your lats.
