One of my favorite YT gym gurus is Damien Patrick. I recently started following him and implemented his Chest 102 and Back 102 workouts. Loving the results so far! Now that he's sharing his tips for killer lats, I'm going to be adding this to the mix as well.
(3-5 sets, 8-12 reps)
Underhand Grip Lat Pull-down
Wide Grip Lat Pull-down
Barbell Row Pronated Grip (shoulder-width)
Barbell Supinated Grip (shoulder-width)
T-Bar Row (olympic bar)
Single-hand Iso-Lat Pull-down
Seated Cable Rows
While this list of 8 training movements can seem like over-kill, pick 6 of these and rotate over the course of 4-6 weeks and see if your lats are not a bit more enhanced than they are today!
