Day 68 of the 250k transformation challenge. So I decided to do a maintenance break for 2 weeks, which is recommended in the aggressive fat loss program and by viewers since I hit a plateau. During the maintenance period I'll be consuming about an extra 500 calories. It'll help balance everything out and when this maintenance is over, the transformation challenge will be over exactly on the same day. From that point I'll be deciding on what my fitness goals are. Do I want to bulk up to 165 lbs? Do I want to focus on calisthenics and try to achieve the 10 second front lever? I'll be thinking about this for the next 2 weeks and most likely I'll still make daily progress videos on whichever goal I choose.
