Here is the simple fried rice recipe for beginners:
Basic Fried Rice Ingredients
2 green onions, beans, carrot- finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed
4 cups previously cooked rice.
1 – 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Quick few steps:
1. pour oil to pan.
2. + spring onion, beans, carrot, capsicum, cabbage.
2. + pepper +salt +(combination of these sauce as u wish to taste= soy sauce + tomato sauce +chill sauce).
3. mix rice to the pan and serve
NOTE: u can batter the eggs and cook the eggs, stirring, until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry. Add to rice mixture.
Add 1 tsp of vinegar if u like.
