I used to mess with all sorts of different diets. I've done low-carb. I've done high fat. I've done calorie restriction. A lot of diets do not work (at least not for me). I am a big believer of balance. Currently, I am a following a IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros).
This diet seems to be working for me so far. I get to have a variety of foods, and my energy is out of this world. I get to stuff my face, my performance at the gym is much better, and I am leaning out. When I was doing low-carb, I noticed my energy levels was so terrible, my performance at the gym was piss-poor (I have seen the light, you guys).
