I used to mess with all sorts of different diets. I've done low-carb. I've done high fat. I've done calorie restriction. A lot of diets do not work (at least not for me). I am a big believer of balance. Currently, I am a following a IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros).
This diet seems to be working for me so far. I get to have a variety of foods, and my energy is out of this world. I get to stuff my face, my performance at the gym is much better, and I am leaning out. When I was doing low-carb, I noticed my energy levels was so terrible, my performance at the gym was piss-poor (I have seen the light, you guys).

Anyway - what diet are you on? What has worked for you and what hasn't?

I don't really follow one besides making sure I don't go over my calorie intake.
Im actually on herbalife and love it. two shakes a day. two teas that help with energy and boots metabolismo a day. I eat two snacks a day high Protein/ healthy carb. one mail meal half Vegetables / Protein and healthy carb. I also take supplements like multivitamin/ fat burner / sin clearing. I love it I have went from 200 to 178 in 2 and half months. Im super excited. I exercise like 3-5 times a week. min 20 min más for me like 40 min. I truly love it.
oh and I drink lots and lots of water!
what may work for me, May not work for others. I like everything Im learning when making my mail meals and prepping. so once I reach my goal ill take all I learned and maintain.
