When we don't want to finish that set of 10 reps, go for 12. When you don't want to be on the treadmill for another second more, go for another minute. Push yourself and instead of quitting, exceed!

@marshalledgar lol me too. I have that little voice in my head, taunting me, saying "I know you can do more so stop trying to half-ass your reps"

That's how I am sometimes. I'm like, go for 10, when I need to do 8 reps. I also started doing drop sets, which are sick
