Day 72 of the 250k transformation challenge. Nothing really new to report here. I went from 154.4 lbs to 152.6 lbs over night which is normal for me. Lots of people tend to freak out when they gain or lose weight and that's why I don't recommend weighing yourself daily. It'll only make you go crazy and motivate you when you lose weight on the scale, but depress you when you see weight gain. Choose 1 day of the week and do a weekly weigh-in. That way you get a better picture of you're headed in the right direction. Hope everybody has a great Tuesday! Let's get closer to our goals...

I have you to thank @UDskam. Because I am hiring a personal coach to get me into the best shape ever. I already go to the gym and am quite regimented. But I want to go on an extreme show-prep cut. it will be 12 weeks of MISERY but I am sorta looking forward to it. I will be documenting my progress like you!

@marshalledgar that's awesome! Enjoy the process and as long as you know that you gave it your all, you'll be happy with the results. I'm glad I could help motivate you, it's a great feeling to know that you're going to get in the best shape ever and that can only lead into better things for your life. We only get 1 body so make the best of it right?! Good luck and I'll be cheering you on.
