Hey guys, back with more fantasy baseball news to help everyone prepare for their upcoming drafts.
The Toronto Blue Jays were a very exciting team to watch in 2015. They made a nice post-season run that was full of big plays. While many felt they fell short of expectations, they still made their city proud.
Franchise player Jose Bautista was at the epicenter of the action in Toronto last year. The team has kept the majority of their bats, which lead me to think another big season is in store.

In 2015, Bautista hit for a 250 avg with 40 HR and 114 RBI.

The Toronto Blue Jays progressively got better as the season went on. Over the past two years the team has added strong bats around him, which make it virtually impossible for teams to pitch around him.
The pitching in the AL East has been sub-par as well over the past couple of years. There are few solid arms on each team. The lack of solid pitching also plays to his advantage.
Jose possesses the perfect blend of vision and power at the plate. He can spray singles and take shots deep when needed. He may be 35, but he's shown no signs of slowing down.
While I wouldn't spend a first round pick on JB, a late second round pick isn't a reach in my eyes.

Do you think Jose Bautista will have an MVP caliber season this year?

Ahhh not sure about MVP-caliber but no doubt he's going to put up solid numbers this year.
He def seems very focused to get his job done....and I know he keeps a very strict workout regime and diet, but he is too old. I really hope he proves me wrong though.
