Ever get that feeling where you're pretty sure that if you move something is going to jump out of nowhere and eat your face? Since moving into my new place I have to face that fear daily.
Nothing like having a 17lb ball of fur jump on your head from above. Note to self - never stand under the stairs.

Did you know that if cats were bigger they'd actually kill you? When they attack things they're actively seeking to kill, they're just too small to get the job done. My cat miss Tuffsey is a testament. Best of luck lol

@TessStevens - Totally! I've always thought about that movie "The Incredible Shrinking Woman" with Lilly Tomlin - once you get to a size smaller than they are - your cat(s) would totally be all about killing you for sport. In my new place (I love it! Santa Barbara is SOOOoooo beautiful!) - I have rose and flower gardens all around my house and there are countless lizards that come out and scurry here and there - I'm being very careful to make sure none of them accidentally get into the house - they'd experience a very cruel and painful - drawn-out death at the hands of ANY of the kitties in here - but especially Fafoutis. He - true to his Maine Coon "mousing" genetics - appears to be quite the sadist when it comes to hunting ANYTHING - including me - as illustrated in the photo above.
