No-Gym Abs (do these at home)
Now, in case you missed it, I shared how you can get killer abs using Damien Patrick's Gym-Only ab circuit routine, which you can see here.
However, not EVERYONE has access to a gym. And because of that, I wanted to share this simple routine that you can incorporate JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE!
PLEASE NOTE: A MEDICINE BALL IS NOT REQUIRED, but it is helpful!

Abs-at-home:

45-60 secs Rest: Beginner
30 Rest: Intermediate to Advance
1-4 Rounds
Exercise 1:
V Sit-ups-10 reps
Exercise 2:
Sit-up to right rotation-10 reps
Exercise 3:
Leg Raises-10 reps
Exercise 4:
Sit-up to left rotation-10 reps
Exercise 5:
One leg pike sit-up: 10 reps
Who else is going to be doing these?!?! HOPE YOU ALL ARE! haha
