45-60 secs Rest: Beginner
30 Rest: Intermediate to Advance
V Sit-ups-10 reps
Sit-up to right rotation-10 reps
Leg Raises-10 reps
Sit-up to left rotation-10 reps
One leg pike sit-up: 10 reps
