Okay, so let me just point this out in case people think this will be a happy and cuddly story (which it kinda is but anyways) but the story is pretty much about a girl named Hye and how she has Chronic Leukemia. Except Jimin doesn't know Hye has leukemia. Here's the description: "Hye was taking her usual stroll around the streets on her long board. When she crashes into someone. Someone who's name is Park Jimin. They felt an instant connection once they locked eyes. And now, they're constantly meeting each other whenever they can. But if there's one thing that Jimin doesn't know is, Hye suffers from Chronic Leukemia. But since he doesn't know that. Jimin plans on auditioning. Leaving her behind. But on the last day, she reveals it to him. What will happen between Jimin and Hye? But most importantly, what will Jimin do?" So, if you want to keep reading the story then I hope you enjoy 😊
Hye's POV: I sighed as I walked down the road. Another fight and another night out. Every. Night. This happens and it's tiring. As if I'm not already stressed out because of my chronic leukemia; I have to worry about my parents too. It's scary. It really is. Knowing that this is fatal is something I'll never be prepared for. I kept thinking when my phone began to buzz in my pocket. Meaning I got a text message. Probably from the doctors. I sighed as I grabbed my phone from my back pocket and looked at screen. Hey, it's Jimin. I know it's late but I just wanted to make sure this is you. ~ Jimin I chuckled and unlocked my phone. Hey Jimin. Yeah it's me, and don't worry about it. I'm just taking my usual stroll around the streets on my long board. ~Hye Isn't it too late for that? Shouldn't you be at your house? ~Jimin Yeah, but I'd rather not be there at the moment for some reasons. ~Hye I put my phone back in my pocket thinking he'll leave it at that, but instead I felt it go off again. Its too dangerous for a girl to be out this late. At least tell me so I can accompany you next time. You know what? Meet me by that park across from the market. ~Jimin You really don't have to. ~Hye. I want to. ~Jimin I felt butterflies in my stomach and my heart began to race. I don't even know how someone so sweet as him met me. Someone who's miserable because of personal things going on in her life. Okay, I'll wait for you. ~Hye *** I sat down on a nearby bench and let out a sigh. The weather was a bit chilly to the point that you can see a bit of my breath when I breathed out, but it wasn't as cold as you expected it to be. I sighed as I relaxed in my spot, and closed my eyes. All of a sudden I felt someone breathing near my ear and then, "Boo!" A booming voice come from behind me and I jumped in my spot causing Jimin to die from laughter. "Jimin! You scared me you little shit" I said. I placed a hand where my heart was; feeling it calm down from Jimin scaring me. "I'm sorry. I just saw my chance and my brain said "you gotta" I'm sorry Hye." I let out a sigh and shrug my shoulders. He sat next to me on the bench and I felt the warmth radiate from him. He made things more warmer and comfortable for me. Like a home. A real home. I really do enjoy his presence. "So, I know that you probably won't tell me, but what exactly is going on that you have to be out so late?" He finally asked. I looked at the ground. "Family issues I guess you can say. My parents fight every night and they usually involve me whenever I'm there. I hate it. That's why I'm always walking at night. In the mornings everything would be like it never happened, but at night," I let out a sigh, "that's when arguments start." Jimin nodded his head and looked up at the sky. He let out a breath and you can see his breath in the chilly night. "Well, I'm sorry I can't really do much, but whenever you walk out at night. Call me. I don't want you to get hurt or... Anything bad. Okay?" I looked at him and noticed he was already looking at me. I looked into those chocolate eyes of his and let myself melt into them. I noticed that his face was getting closer. Close enough that I can feel his breath on my lips. "Ew, go get a room" someone said as they passed by us. My eyes widened and I immediately scooted away from him. Jimin looked away, but I can see a tint of pink on his cheeks. He cleared his throat and then looked back at me. "Sorry." I shook my head and looked at him to smile. He smiled back and the awkward atmosphere went away. I looked at the time on my phone and then sighed. I stood up. "I have to go. Although it's highly likely that they're still fighting; I can't stay out for long." "Why not? It's not that cold and plus, if you don't want to see your parents fighting then why don't you stay out here a little longer?" "I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and it's early in the morning. So, I have to sleep in order for me to wake up tomorrow." Jimin raised a eyebrow. "Why do you have to see the doctor? Are you sick? Oh my god, then why are you out here? It's chilly-" "Jimin, I'm not sick. I just... It's something important than that, but I really have to go. I'll text you later." I turned around and continued to walk leaving behind a very confused Jimin. *** I exited the doctors office and never have I been this exhausted before. I walked out of the building looking for my car when I felt my phone go off. I looked at my screen and saw that Jimin texted me. Hey, me and the guys are going to a amusement park. Wanna go? ~Jimin I thought about it. I was exhausted and all I wanted was to go home and rest, but I couldn't just turn down Jimin. I did hear that an amusement park came and I knew where it was. I sighed as I began to type my message. I'd love to. I already know where it is so i'll just meet you guys there. ~Hye Cool, then we'll meet you there then. ON AN ADVENTURE WE GO! ~Jimin I giggled at his message and then proceeded to walk towards the amusement park. It wasn't far from the hospital so wouldn't be a problem for me. *** "Hye!" I turned around hearing Jungkooks voice coming from behind me. He came running and hugged me. Almost knocking me over. "Yah, Jungkook get off of her" Jimin said coming from behind the maknae and hitting him on his head. Jungkook groaned but then began smirking at Jimin. "Oh, does someone have a crush on Hye? Because Jimin here seems to be jealous that I'm touching you noona~" Jungkook said which caused me and Jimin to blush furiously. "I-I don't have a crush on her. It's just not nice to touch a woman so causally." Jimin scratched the back of his head and mumbled out the rest. "Says the womanizer" Namjoon said as he passed by us with Jin and Yoongi walking by his side. Yoongi nodded; agreeing with Namjoon. Jungkook chuckled, but then saw Taehyung walking with Hoseok and went skipping towards him. Jimin cleared his throat and looked at me from the corner of his eye. "Sorry for jungkook... and Namjoon." "It's fine." He nodded and smiled. I returned it back and then headed towards the entrance of the amusement park. *** "Unbelievable" Jimin said with his mouth hanging open. He looked at my bag full of stuffed animals. "How are you so good at this?" I shrugged. I gasped when I looked around the games and saw the perfect thing for Jimin. The game was mainly shooting water into a clowns mouth. On the top of his head is a ballon and once you starts shooting water in its mouth; air is pumped into the ballon. The one who's ballon pops first wins. There was enough players to get that thing I wanted for Jimin. "On your marks. Get set," I closed an eye to help me aim better, "Go!" I immediately pressed the handle and water was shooting into the clowns mouth. The ballon was getting bigger and bigger until it popped. I felt relieved that I will actually get the thing I wanted to get Jimin. The man gave me a huge stuffed Jam bottle that had a cute face in the front. It blushed and it's eyes were chocolate colored. Like Jimin's. I gave it to Jimin and he fell down on the ground laughing. "Oh thank god. At least you think I have jams." I chuckled and he hugged the stuffed jam. I took out my phone and captured this perfect moment. Jimin posed. He winked at the camera, smiled really wide, and put out a peace sign. Which was actually really cute. We went back to go meet up with the boys to go on the Ferris wheel because what's an amusement park without a Ferris wheel. We waited in line until it was our turn. We originally planned on all of us going in, but then me and Jimin were shoved into the cart and Yoongi closed the door. The cart immediately moved and it was too late to get out. "Ahh these boys. Really." Jimin palm faced himself and I chuckled. I looked out the window and saw the wonderful scenario before me. Since it was beginning to get dark the city lights illuminated. Almost like the dark night wants to consume the city, but the lights are keeping it at bay. Its beautiful. I turned to look at Jimin to see that he was staring at me. My heart began to race again. "W-What is it?" He smiled. "You just... Look really beautiful when the city lights illuminate your face. It lights up those wonderful eyes of yours." My breathing hitched as he moved next to me. My heart felt like it was about to explode and the butterflies in my stomach were not helping. Jimin's face came closer and once again, I felt his breath on my lips. But just as our lips were about to touch the woman opened the door and told us our ride was over. We split apart immediately and got out. For a ride that usually took forever to end; it certainly ended quickly for us. We looked at each other and then looked away. I fanned myself since I started feeling hot and so did Jimin. Up ahead we saw the guys smirking at us and we blushed. Although nothing happened. Something could've happened if we stayed in there for a moment longer. "Uh, we should go and catch up with the guys." I nodded my head. Jimin grabbed my hand and started walking. The warmth of his hand was melting my cold hands and I loved this feeling. I kept looking at our hands. Until he released my hand and the cold came back to my hands. I felt a bit disappointed, but I brushed that feeling away. We just continued to walk towards the guys. *** I told them the direction of my house and hoped that parents weren't fighting yet. When we got there. The lights were off meaning that my parents haven't returned from work which was a relief to me. "Thanks for dropping me off guys." Jin smiled as he turned around to look at me, "no problem." I got out of the car and started walking towards my house when I hear crashing sounds inside my house. My eyes widened. I looked back and the saw the guys with furrowed brows. "Shit" I said under my breath. I looked around until I finally saw my dads car parked across the street rather where he originally parks. I started stressing out which wasn't good, but I didn't have a choice. "What was that noise?" Hoseok asked. "O-Oh, well you see we have a cat and if we usually leave him alone for too much he's gets nervous and wrecks everything." Lie. It was the only thing I could come up with. I heard crashing sounds once again and I immediately pulled out my keys. "S-Sorry guys, I have to go before he wrecks everything." I opened the door and waved back at the guys before quickly shutting the door. I bit my lip once I entered what people see as a comfortable home, but to me it's hell. Jimin's POV: "That was kind of weird" Yoongi said once Hye closed the door. We nodded as we looked at her closed door for a while. We shrugged and started driving away, but a bad feeling was bothering me. I got out my phone and texted Hye. Hey, you alright? You seemed kind of fidgety. ~Jimin I waited for her reply but not even a single text did she send. That bad feeling wouldn't leave. I was getting frustrated and I ruffled my hair. Muttering I said, "Why do I have a bad feeling whenever it comes to you? Like... You're hiding something from me."
