3 tbsp water
1 green tea bag
2 tsp honey
½ med banana
3/4 vanilla soy milk (or 2% milk)
1) Boil water (use your method of boiling water), add the tea bag and allow it to brew for 3 minutes.
2) After brewing the tea bag, remove the bag and add the honey until is dissolves.
3) In a blender, add the blueberries, banana, and the milk (add ice if it suits your preference). Blend.
4) Add the tea and blend again until smooth
