Lu Tian Xing (Aaron Yan) is a prodigy in Asia's advertising field. Rich, famous, and highly successful, he suddenly announces during a press conference that he will be taking a three-month break from the advertising life. With a simple disguise, he transforms himself into "Xiao Lu". Enter Tao Le Si (Tia Lee), a young woman who promised her late brother to protect his advertisement agency and his legacy. Unfortunately, business never picks up and Le Si had to battle with Tian Xing to stop her company from being sold. When Xiao Lu enters her office doors, Le Si initially thinks that he's Tian Xing, but the two men's personalities are complete opposites. Le Si finds herself drawn to Xiao Lu's warm temperament, but will their love last once she discovers the truth of his identity?
Lu Tian Xing / Xiao Lu (Aaron Yan)
I can't choose one between these two because it's the same person and I like both of them, but I like Lu Tian Xing more. If I had to choose between them. I have always been a fan of Aaron Yan ever since I saw him in "Just You", which is my favorite T-Drama and he became my favorite Taiwanese actor after watching that. He is amazing being able to switch between two personalities in an instant. Two personalities that are completely different isn't an easy task to accomplish while acting but he makes it so believable. He is so cute, I love his innocent smile and he's so sweet. He made me bawl my eyes and when he cried, I kept yelling at my screen saying, "Stop crying! Your making me cry, stop it right now!!!" I love when the main lead is mean but has a sweet side to him and that is him. I also love how straightforward and funny he is.
Brother and Sister Duo:
Lance and Huan Huan
This pair of brother and sister aggravated me to the point of me just wanting to strangle them all the time. I was okay with Huan Huan in the beginning, she was a sweet and pretty girl until she gets hurt and becomes a cripple. She loves Lu Tian Xing and is willing to stay a cripple for the rest of her life, Lance tells her to not stand up if she wants to be happy and keep Tian Xing's attention. And that's exactly what she does. She becomes a rotten and not caring at all kind of person. She's evil. Lance is a self absorbed brother and wants to become the boss of Tian Ji and is willing to do anything to get there. Even if it means hurting his own sister...
Lu Tian Xing (Aaron Yan) and Tao Le Si (Tia Lee)
The actors had amazing chemistry. Their relationship felt so real, I wanted them to be together so bad since the beginning. I never wanted her to be with Leo and I'm so glad she didn't end up with him but Leo ended up with someone I expected him to end up with, because they make such a cute couple. But Tian Xing and Le Si are so cute together, they are so passionate and fight for each other. It feels as if nothing can break them apart, but bad things just brought them closer. Even though it was Xiao Lu that Le Si loved and not Tian Xing, she ended up falling for his true self. That made their love stronger. They have a deep look in their eyes every time they look at each other and it makes me smile. The ending of this drama was so satisfying because when they walked in for their wedding, I couldn't contain myself and just kept screaming. They went through so much just to be together.
I absolutely love the storyline so much, I love the idea of the girl falling for two guys who are the same person. The characters are all so different, and they delve into the past. So were not lost. We get character development from a lot of the characters and all of the characters get a happy ending too. The story becomes more involved as the show moves on. Some of the characters personalities really irked me. For example Tao Le Si, who is the main character constantly cried. In almost every episode she cries at least once which gets really annoying, so it makes her seem helpless. But that's because she was broken hearted on the fact that the man she loved was made up by Lu Tian Xing. But overall I really liked the storyline, it kept me interested.
That's Not Me - Aaron Yan
I love Aaron's voice, so I'm glad I got to hear it a lot throughout this drama since he sang almost all of the songs that played in this drama. I enjoy this song a lot because of it's powerful. Every time we were at a serious and emotional part of the drama, this song came on and always made me tear up. The build up brought me up and then it broke down and I found myself crying before I knew it. I love the sound of song, with the piano, drums and violin. It makes a perfect combination. I also really love "The Unwanted Love" which he also sings. That song is a loud song, that makes me want to scream, I don't know why but it does. It's very loud, sounds like a lullaby at first and has a techno sound to it.
I wasn't sure about watching this drama because it doesn't have the best reputation but I'm done with judging before watching something because there are so many other dramas I thought I would dislike but ended up loving. Some examples are: "Kill Me, Heal Me", "Falling For Innocence", "Flower Boy Ramen shop", and "City Hunter". This drama is another example. It has a strong storyline, strong actors, great character, great chemistry and amazing character development. I loved all of the side characters and the relationships that are held between those side characters. I absolutely loved the ending of this drama. I've said this to other people but, I think that Taiwanese dramas always give a happy ending for every character in the drama. The ending left me smiling and filled with happiness, that's exactly what I love when a drama does that and doesn't leave me with questions.
9.5/10 - I loved it, but maybe if the female lead wasn't so annoying and crying all the time. I'd give this a perfect. Same with Lance, he gave me anxiety with the way he acted. But all in all, this was a great drama with amazing actors and a great soundtrack. I fully recommend to all my fellow romance lovers who love a little drama.
