Welcome to 'Sweet Talk' where I'll be highlighting some phrases in other languages that I think we can all connect with!

This week we have Perfume, one of my favorite Jpop groups! They'll be teaching us a new Japanese phrase with the help of their song Spending All My Time.

Perfume's songs are GREAT for learning Japanese because they're so repetitive!

This song is mostly English, but its has a really simple Japanese phrase for you to learn :)

Listen to the phrase at 1:02 to help you learn pronunciation!

いつも (itsumo) - Always

君 (kimi) - You

思いよ (omoiyo) - Thinking

いつも君思いよ - Always thinking of you!

A happier version of "nunca me acuerdo de olvidarte!!!"

Is anyone else a Japanese learner here?!

@sophiamor Thanks 😀
@JimTurpen omg thats such a good idea!
@ZoilaObregon By Perfume?! Definitely check out their song "One Room Disco" it was my first favorite of theirs
@carmaa10 just learn the words that sound the same: Casa (in Spanish ) = House Kasa (in Japanese) = umbrella
I want to learn Japanese, but u should probably wait until I'm not taking Spanish anymore xD
