Every time I think I've seen everything that caterers can do for passed hors d'oeuvres, I come across something utterly fabulous that makes my heart jump!
Once again, the folks at 24 Carrots Catering (in Orange County), have taken the seared Ahi tuna item and taken it to the next level by using edible wonton spoons. The tuna is gently dolloped with Asian slaw, which makes the wonton spoon all the more relevant and delightful.
This is WHY I urge all my brides to really do your due diligence in finding the right caterer for your wedding.
