INTENSE 15-Minute Bodyweight Workout
If you don't have much time to get your body and sweating, you've got to be a little more creative! Here's a 15-minute workout that's not for the weak! Get strong, and get movin' with these exercises.

Also you won't need any equipment for this exercise, just your willpower to get shit done!

Do This Exercise in Order:

-Burpees x 30 seconds
-Jump squats x 30 seconds
-Plank x 30 seconds
-Mountain climbers x 30 seconds
-Burpees x 30 seconds
-Laterals x 30 seconds
-Knee ups x 30 seconds
-Jumping lunges x 30 seconds
-Jumping jacks x 30 seconds
-Tuck jumps x 30 seconds
Rest for 1 minute.

REPEAT FIVE TIMES!
