For all my friends who are trying to lose weight, eat healthy, and ultimately be the healthiest version of yourself, this video might be the most important part of your healthy eating education! Fad diets and fear of calories have completely warped our minds about food. In fact, most of our relationships with food resembles a war zone. So here's a much needed reality check! Take a look at what 200 calories looks like in the different foods we eat every day.
This is a beautiful reminder that a full plate and full stomach does not mean 3 hours at the gym. Food is meant to nourish you. Food is meant to keep you energized, and happy, and alive. So fill your plate with as many beautiful and fresh colors as you want and eat to your hearts content. And most importantly don't ever feel guilty!! Food is your friend!

When I started eating more vegetables, I realized how little in calories they are! Getting rid of processed, high-caloric foods means I can eat ALL THE VEGETABLES I WANT and eat at a healthy calorie range.
@alywoah True...but unhealthy food tastes better!
@Mitchmoore99 Totally!! That's why I tend to grab some blueberries whenever I'm feeling hungry between meals. Berries always make me feel super full fast and aren't serious diet-breakers.
