While many doctors say a person should drink milk, many people question which is better for you.
Many "purists" have been pushing for people to leave whole milk alone and sway to skim. While many have said it's the healthier alternative, new research released today showed that may not be the case.
According to a research at Tuft University, the study found that the whole milk drinkers had a lower chance of developing diabetes, as low as 46%.
So, don't be afraid to mix up the diet and work in whole milk here and there!
