Heh guys! So a big change I made in my life was pretty much my whole life-style! I became a vegan. It's been going REALLY well so far and I can't wait to see what else I can do concerning recipes!
I LOVE to cook so it's been a very exciting time for me and a bit challenging. I can only way so much with this diet and I'm allergic to nuts. That part sucks because nuts are like the "go-to" for protein in the vegan diet so I have had to get very creative! I've been eating a lot of beans, tofu, and peanut butter as my protein, along with a crap ton of greens! And no, peanuts aren't a nut. :D To add on to my workouts everyday, things are looking up!
