Graphic designer James Fridman likes to photoshop pretty much everything.

On Twitter, he takes submissions and will photoshop any random photo that gets sent to him.
Last week, however, he got a request from a young girl "struggling with an eating disorder" who requested a beautiful version of herself.

She "just wanted something to aspire to be."

Instead of his usual hilarious photoshop jobs, James decided to step back and keep the original.

Posting that "Nothing and no one could ever make you prettier than you already are. Don't be influenced by the wrong standards. Don't put looks before your health. Get well."

Two thousand retweets later and hopefully she's getting the message that she's beautiful just the way she is.

You can check him out on Twitter here!
I think I love that guy James lol. that was a beautiful thing he said to her. It breaks my heart she feels that way, she is absolutely gorgeous.
A beautiful thing the world needs to hear more about! Thanks for sharing!
@SAMURXAI I thought it was a really great response :)
can we start this thread again. this really has me worked up. as beautiful is she is the lack of self esteem and feeling of ugliness has to start somewhere? Parents, peers, TV? what? no matter how many times she's told she is perfect or there's nothing she needs to change.......1000 times. She will not remember it but one time she's told she's not symmetrical or fat. it stays there forever. why do women or some do this??
@comilikoh its not it actually happened
