The Bad Girl and Bad Boy ch 5
I should have named it The Bad Boy and Bad Girl because I keep accidentally typing that. Although I also keep typing The Bad Girl and Bad Bad Girl because Bad by Infinite is playing
It’s been about a week and a half since we’ve started filming. Youngbae and Seunghyun have become really close friends with me, Seungri as well. I haven’t really seen Jiyong that much as he hasn’t come to see Seunghyun as much as Seungri and Youngbae, but apparently that is because he just went through a bad breakup. That explains why he was always on his phone when I did see him. I didn’t sleep very well last night as I went to bed around 11 and woke up around 1 with a horrible stomach and headache. I headed to the set at 6 so I got about 2 hours of sleep. I had my mask on along with my sunglasses. Mi Cha needed to go to a class today as she was enrolled in school here, so I had to drive myself, which was pretty difficult as my vision kept wavering every once in a while. When I did end up getting to the set, I fought my way away from the paparazzi and headed to the dressing room seeing Seunghyun in the chair and both women focusing on him. Soo Wan looked at me and smiled. “Hello. We’ll finish on Seunghyun and then work on you, so go ahead and just relax.” She said, making Seunghyun look at me and smile. I nodded and pulled my jacket off, hanging it on beside the door and then laid down on the couch, removing my sunglasses. I ended falling asleep and Soo Wan shook me awake pulling me into the chair. Seunghyun took my place on the couch, crossing his legs and looking at his phone. Soo Wan pulled my mask off and frowned. “Are you okay? You look really ill.” She mumbled. I nodded tiredly. The stomach ache had gone away, but the headache still lingered at full force. The women frowned and looked at each other before getting to work and trying to make me look alert and awake. Seunghyun stood up and walked over, kneeling down to look at me. He pursed his lips before poking my cheek. His eyes widened and he put his hand on my forehead. “You’re burning up!” He exclaimed, pulling his hand away. Soo Wan replaced it with hers. Her face matched Seunghyun’s. I waved them off. “I’m fine. It’s just a headache.” I mumbled, standing up from the chair. I wobbled a little and Seunghyun steadied me. The room started to spin and my head got extremely light. “MaeLyn, hey!” Seunghyun yelled as I passed out for a couple seconds. I weakly waved my hand, unable to open my eyes. “We need to get you to the hospital.” He said, frantically. My body was coated in a sheen of cold sweat as I peeled my eyes open. “No, no, no. I’m fine.” I said in broken Korean, my brain unable to translate properly. Seunghyun picked me up and set me on the couch. Soo Wan disappeared from the room only to come back with a cold damp cloth, handing it to Seunghyun who dabbed my face with it. Youngbae and Jiyong showed up at some point, walking in with wide eyes as they saw my pale face. Youngbae tried asking me questions, but I would only understand some of the words as the room started to spin rapidly. I shook my head, closing my eyes, trying to get the room to stabilize itself again. Seunghyun was talking to Youngbae, handing him the cloth when I opened my eyes again. Youngbae started patting my face with the cloth as Seunghyun walked out of the room in a hurry. I looked over at Youngbae and managed a small smile. His eyes were full of concern. “Are you okay?” He asked in English. I nodded slowly at him as my head pounded. Raising a hand to my forehead and I groaned. “Your head hurts?” “Yeah. That’s the main problem.” I muttered, feeling exhausted. He nodded and Seunghyun came back in the room with a bottle of water. He handed it to me and I managed to drink half of the bottle. A woman walked in with a bag and looked me over, muttering something in Korean to the men. She handed me some pain killers then patted my head before smiling and walking out. “She said to take the pain killers, then rest for a little bit.” Jiyong translated, kneeling beside Youngbae. I took the pain killers and leaned my head back against the wall. “Where’s Mi Cha?” He asked, looking around the room and noticing the lack of my cousin. “She’s at school.” I muttered, reaching in my pocket for my phone. The director walked into the room and as my head cleared a little bit, I could understand what he was saying a little better. “We’ll have to film longer in the next couple days, but go home and rest.” He patted my shoulder and I nodded, muttering a soft ‘yes, thank you.” I stood up shakily and reached for my keys as Jiyong held my elbow, keeping me steady. I pulled on my coat and mask again and started making my way out to my car only to be stopped by the orange haired man. “Are you going to try and drive yourself?” He asked, raising an eyebrow. “Well, I’m not going to walk home, now am I?” I asked him, stumbling into the hall. The dizziness hit me again as I leaned against the wall. “I’ll drive you.” He said simply, grabbing my keys from my hand and pulling my arm around his neck so that I could lean against him. “We should contact Mi Cha, let her know what’s happening.” I sighed, pulling my phone out again. Youngbae grabbed it from me and called my cousin. “She said that as soon as she gets out of school she’ll come to look after you. She would like someone to stay with you until then so you don’t die while she’s in math class.” He laughed at her mother-like attitude. “You guys don’t need to. I’ll be fine.” I said, looking at both of the men. “Don’t worry about it MaeLyn.” Youngbae said, patting my head. Luckily, security had managed to get all of the reporters away from the building so we didn’t have to worry about rumors starting from this whole affair. Jiyong set me in the passenger seat and got in to the driver seat before asking for directions to my house. “So what happened? You were fine yesterday?” Youngbae asked. “I don’t know. I had a really bad headache last night that didn’t let me sleep more than 2 hours and my stomach was killing me.” I said, rubbing my forehead as Jiyong drove through the early morning traffic. “So then what happened in the dressing room? Hyung looked pretty freaked out.” Youngbae said, leaning forward, setting a hand on my shoulder. “I guess I passed out. He was saying that I was burning up and then I stood up and yeah, I passed out.” I laughed weakly. “You need to rest. I know you went to bed really late last night because you don’t think you can get the lines right since you forgot a lot of Korean.” Jiyong said, suddenly. “What?” I asked. How did he know that? “Your cousin told us you were nervous about doing this show because you had lost a lot of Korean over the years. I just figured that that’s what you were doing. You’re overworking yourself.” He responded smoothly. I nodded and kept looking out the windshield. “Your Korean is fine.” He commented again, looking over at me. “Yeah. I’m surprised. You barely need Mi Cha’s help. It’s only a couple words here and there. Besides, instead of overworking yourself so much, why don’t you have one of us teach you?” Youngbae asked, laughing. I smiled. “Maybe.” I said. Once we arrived at my house, Youngbae helped me out of the car and as we walked into the house we sat down on the couch. “When was the last time you ate?” Jiyong asked suddenly, pulling out his phone. “Um..lunch at the set yesterday I think.” They both gave me looks of disapproval. “I’ll make her something to eat.” Youngbae said quickly, standing up and walking to the kitchen. “Your house is really nice, MaeLyn.” He commented. “Thanks.” I said, absentmindedly. Jiyong was frowning deeply at his phone. “Hey, you keep frowning like that, your face is going to be stuck like that. I don’t think people would like to see a mopey Jiyong 24/7.” I commented. He ignored me and hurriedly typed out a text before deleting it and writing a new one. He did this a couple times before sighing and putting his phone down.
