For the most part, when people come to Starbucks they just want to enjoy their 13.00 mocha latte in peace.
I guess these barista weren't having that, as they served a grande white mocha at a St. Augustine-area Starbucks labeled with the words "Diabetes here I come" where a customer's name would normally be.

The customer told Action News that the note was especially painful because his two sisters have Type 1 diabetes.

“That first word just automatically brought the picture of both sisters in my head, and I was taken aback,” the man said. “Just the struggles they went through and all the doctor appointments they had."
The gentlemen returned his cup with a new note, stating "2 of my sisters are diabetic, not funny."
Starbucks has issued an apology. Something tells me that this guy will probably be looking elsewhere for his morning coffee for now on.
