Hey guys! I just wanted to write a little something about my fitness/health journey (or life). For a very long time, I struggled with my weight and my relationship with food.
Because of that, my weight constantly bounced around from 210 pounds to a small 135 pounds. I was either not eating, or binging.
Today, I am healthy. I am not my biggest, nor my smallest. But I am healthy. And I have a great relationship with food.
