Did you know there are quite a bit of dishes out there that end up leaving you full, but they're totally low in calories? One of my favorite breakfasts includes one whole cup of egg whites cooked with spinach, a whole potato, and veggie sausages...all of that comes to under 400 calories!

Let's see that breakdown:

- 1 cup egg whites (131 kcal)
- 1 whole medium boiled potato (110 kcal)
- 2 Morning Star breakfast patty (140 kcal)
- 1 cup spinach (7 kcal)
= 388 kcal
The world: Hey that's a big ass breakfast you got there! Must have a lot of calories.
Me: Nah, it has less calories than that flimsy bagel you got there, broo.

My favorite healthy breakfast is what I called a refrigerator omelet, where I pull out pretty much every type of vegetable I have in my fridge, sautee it all in olive oil, then fold it into an omelet.
