I don't know anyone who hates Game Of Thrones.
I was late to the show, but binge watched the entire series to get caught up to the world a couple months ago. The show is amazing. The settings, script and acting is all top-notch. It's one of those shows that people sit around on social media all night and talk about with friends across the globe.
Sadly, many people don't get to enjoy the show as much due to an early workday the next day. For those who work at +rebhabstudios, things are about to change for better.
+rehabstudios — a creative technology firm — are allowing their employees to take a half-day off from work on the Monday after Game of Thrones premieres.
Someone by the owner of that company a drink. They are walking legends.
From the company:
"All +rehabstudio UK staff (London and Belfast offices) will receive an additional half-day (morning) holiday following the first episode of each new season of Game of Thrones when simlaunched with the U.S. U.S. staff are reminded not to share spoilers on the intranet until after the show has aired in the UK 24 hours later."
That... ladies and gentlemen.. is how you keep everyone in the workplace happy! I mean, even letting people work from home for the early part of the day after a huge show is awesome.
