Kinobody SuperHero Bulking Day 8 - Intermittent Fasting Muscle Building Program It's week 2 already on my superhero bulking program and I had a great workout this morning! I guess I underestimated myself last week as I was able to lift heavier on each of my lifts this week. I just upgraded my Garmin Fenix 3 to the Fenix 3 HR which has a built in heart rate monitor. Now I can check how hard I'm really pushing myself! For my side lateral raises I really did go all out and I was breathing pretty heavily.
