The Minnesota Timberwolves are scheduled to interview former New York Knicks and Houston Rockets coach Jeff Van Gundy. Sources told that the Wolves completed a similar interview over the weekend with former Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau.
So who do you think is a better fit for this job?
The Timberwolves have a nice roster of pieces and solid depth. This team could go to the next level in the next 2-3 years, with good coaching.
The problem with this team is the lack of rotation structure and team identity. Both of these guys are grizzled head coaches that can stabilize this roster.
I can't knock either of these guys. I think these are the two guys the Nets should have been after. This one is a matter of preference.
Who do you think is a better fit as the next head coach for the Wolves?
Looks like they're going to interview Mark Jackson..
Van Gundy for sure.
