Did you know that Greek actually has a ton of words for love?

Here's a really basic break down:

Agápe

The love of God for man and of man for God.

Éros

"Love, mostly of the sexual passion."

Philia

"Affectionate regard, friendship," usually "between equals."

Storge

"Love, affection" and "especially of parents and children"
It is also known to express mere acceptance or putting up with situations, as in "loving" the tyrant. This is also used when referencing the love for ones country or a favorite sports team.
Read more about it on good ole Wikipedia right here!

Can you think of other words for love in English or another language?

I'm never looking at necrophilia the same way again. O.O
I remember studying about these a while back. ..in spanish we have many ways to say love but it doesn't have same meaning as these do because you don't actually tell these to someone, it's kind of like the definition of what love you feel.
I did not know that. pretty interesting fact though
