Even though I am one of those that doesn't really believe in cardio, except for HIIT, I have to admit that I will definitely be trying this exercise.
AND YES GUYS, GLUTES AREN'T JUST FOR WOMEN! GIRLS LOVE A GUY WITH GLUTES!
So I wanted to share this awesome exercise that Dominique Astorino shared on PopSugar.
* Come into a lunge with your right leg back.
* Swing your right leg forward to hop up on your left foot, and land softly back in a lunge.
* Repeat for 30 seconds and then switch sides for an additional 30 seconds.
NOTE: Be sure to move swiftly without breaking your form! Form is more important than speed!
