Recently, my hair has been driving me nuts! Every time I shower a good amount of hair falls off. It is all my fault though. I have been busy and didn't have the time to prepare a well-balance meal for myself especially for breakfast and lunch. And with my food limitation (my stomach don't do too well with red meat). So, I am determined to make an effort to eat better. Here are some time-efficient healthy meal options!

Nutrients I Need:

Vitamin C: keeps hair strong and rich in color
Vitamin A: antioxidant helps with cell growth and healthy sebum in the scalp
Vitamin B-6 & 12: helping turn food into energy and red blood cell production
Potassium: keep scalp healthy and prevents hair loss
Zinc: helps with hair growth and repairing damage
Biotin: strengthen hair and prevent from breakage
Iron: keep hair follicles healthy and scalp oils circulating
