Kinobody SuperHero Bulking Day 9 - Intermittent Fasting Muscle Building Program Today is a rest day so I just did 30 mins of stretching at the gym. Trying to get some more mobility and flexibility is always a good thing, plus it actually feels good. Then I did 30 mins of practicing my handstand. I'm starting to understand how to use your fingers to balance out my body. My goal is to hold it for 30 seconds and I'm far from it, but I've come a long way. I remember when I couldn't even get straight up in the air and would just roll over. I'm trying to keep a balanced physiche with weights, calisthenics and stretching. Making gainz, while having good flexibility and being able to move is a big plus in my book.
