Here's a fabulous idea for your post nuptial brunch: quail eggs and caviar!
Found this stunning John Lee Pictures photo from Paula Le Duc. These are quail eggs topped with caviar, which sits restfully on toasted brioche spread with basil butter.
While you don't have to have a lot of everything for the pnb, you will need a smattering of foods to offer your guests because they will want options. Many don't like to consume dairy when travelling or taking an airplane. Just something to consider when you're preparing food (or having it catered).

Basil butter sounds amazing. Kind of like pesto, but I'd imagine it's got a lighter flavor to keep from masking everything else, right?
