Browns trading No. 2 pick to Eagles for five picks
Another day, another big NFL draft pick trade!
The Philadelphia Eagles have completed their journey to the No. 2 pick in the 2016 NFL draft.
The Eagles sent five draft picks to the Browns: the No. 8 pick in the first round, a third-round pick (77th overall) and a fourth-round pick (100th overall) in this year's draft, a first-round pick in 2017 and a second-round pick in 2018. Cleveland also sends a fourth-round pick in 2017 to the Eagles.
Despite re-signing Sam Bradford last month, the Eagles have announced that they still will take a quarterback with the #2 overall pick.
"You have to be very comfortable with both of those quarterbacks and believe they have a shot to be great, Pro Bowl-caliber," Roseman said. "It's hard to be great if you don't take some risks."
The Browns, in my opinion, are HUGE winners in this one. The Eagles already moved two of their best defensive players this off-season to acquire the #8 pick. They weren't too good this year, and odds are, they won't be much better as they didn't add anyone too dynamic in the off-season. They traded up for a guy that may not impact their franchise for 2 years.
Which means the Browns have a #8 pick this year, their 1st round next year AND the Eagles. If the Eagles and Browns play poorly next year, the Browns could have two top 10 picks.

Was this a good move by the Browns?
