Attack on Titan at Universal Studios Japan!

I was in Osaka recently, and paid a quick visit to Universal Studios Japan!!! And you know what they have there?

A TITAN!!!!!

Look how giant that wall is!!!
Of course, I had to take a quick selfie in front of it :D Impending Titan attack or not, I had to try it!
The actual ride that I went on for Attack on Titan was a 4D show! So it's like those shows where you sit down and wear 3D glasses and your seat moves and stuff!! I won't tell you the whole plot of it (and it was all in Japanese so I didn't understand it all XD), but basically YOU GOT TO FIGHT TITANS!
I couldn't take pictures in there, so instead I'll just share pictures of the things you could buy outside in this area!! There were tons of people in the park wearing this gear!
They also sold these little head band chibis! You could have someone hanging out on your head :D

And most importantly: "Sandwich made with the ham that sasha stole and a potato" XD

Too good!!

My Food at the Sailor Moon Cafe! (Talk About It Tuesday)
Soooo, for this week's talk about it Tuesday (started by @invinsybll) , the theme was Anime Accessorizing, but I already showed off my accessories last week! So, instead, I wanted to show off something fun I got to do back in September when I took a short trip to Japan. Now, I don't like to brag, but I was lucky enough to go to the Sailor Moon Cafe that was going on at that time!! I haven't really talked about it before, so here goes~ Now, I didn't take many pictures , but this is the food that I ate! Isn't it cute? It was a Sailor Jupiter themed bento box. I loved it! Everything in it was tasty. The rice balls were mushroom veggie rice balls, the spaghetti was sweet, and the little pieces of cutlet were seafood cutlet! Yummmmmmyyyy!! I also got a Tuxedo Mask Coffee! Isn't it cute?! It really didn't taste THAT great (ever had a cold, canned coffee? It sort of tasted like that, lol). But it was adorable and that's all that matters. I also got the Sailor Mars coaster you see in the background, and a little Sailor Mars dessert, too!! I didn't take pictures of the interior, but it was basically just a bar set up with a lot of memorabilia. They played episodes of the show on the TV screens throughout the room, and music from the series the whole time! You could text in a request & they would play that, too. They also had goods for purchase, but it was a bit pricey just to be there so I didn't buy anything. And that was my experience at the Sailor Moon Cafe!
A Blissful Place for Manga Lovers!
For the longest time I only have one reason for visiting Japan. Nope, it's not for food. Nope, it's not for fashion. Yes. It's for hot spring! I may look an average 20 something gal but I'm a grandma at heart. I've been told that many times because of my peculiar lifestyle. I love jacuzzi and hot spring is one of the thing I've always wanted to try after watching dramas that features this fabulous chamber. Even though I really wanted to visit Japan I didn't think hot spring would justify the trip because Taiwan also have hot spring. The ticket and accommodation in Taiwan is more budget-friendly than Japan. It was not until today I found another reason to go visit Japan. Books & Bed This concept is really intriguing. Though, I don't openly express it, I'm a manga girl at heart. Throw me in a room with a bunch of manga and I will be more than happy to read them. This is place is truly a gem for book lovers and someone who appreciates minimal architect. At Book and Bed Hostel you get a beautiful view of the city at night and get unlimited access to book in their library until your eyes become drowsy. The industrial interior design is filled with cement walls, wooden bookshelves and wooden single beds. Obviously, it's not a place for you to get a comfy pillow and cozy bed. If you are solo or duo traveler, this is the type of place that will bring you a blissful evening. What more do you want from a short vacation getaway than a place to sleep and get inspired? Anyone else feel the same way?
