Kinobody SuperHero Bulking Day 12 - Intermittent Fasting Muscle Building Program Week 2 is coming to an end. I had a great week of workouts. I hit the gym hard and I incorporated my stretching after my workouts. As far as the calisthenics goes, I'm slowly improving on my handstands. I can now understand the balancing part with the fingers and hands. Now all I have to do is hold myself up, but easier said than done. This muscle building program, the SuperHero Bulking, it's too early to tell what's happening but my weight is fluctuating up and down below my starting point. It's a marathon and not a sprint, so I have to be patient. At least I'm not gaining fat while eating in a caloric surplus. Happy Friday everyone!
