A key part of "Obamacare" has been delayed for one year. Now, larger employers can avoid paying providing their employees with insurance (and the accompanying penalty) until 2015. This part of the law is currently being challenged, and could return to the Supreme Court (which did not rule on the mandate last term). Is the employer mandate constitutional? I'm not sure.
